Idaho High School Basketball - Garden Valley toppled by The Ambrose School
December 7, 2024: Garden Valley, ID 83622 The Ambrose School Archers (Meridian, ID) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Garden Valley Wolverines (Garden Valley, ID), 56-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, The Ambrose School advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Archers travel to New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID) to face the Pilgrims in a 3A Snake River Valley match on Tuesday, December 10. The Pilgrims enter the match with a record of 3-0. New Plymouth won 45-37 in their recent non-league match against Fruitland (Fruitland, ID)
The Wolverines now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tri-Valley for a 1A Long Pin match on Wednesday, December 11. Garden Valley will face a Titans squad coming off a 54-25 non-league win over Rimrock (Bruneau, ID). The Titans record now stands at 1-1.
