Oklahoma High School Basketball - Jenks defeats Ponca City
December 7, 2024: Jenks, OK 74037 The Jenks Trojans (Jenks, OK) basketball were winner over the visiting Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK), 57-44 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Enid for a 6A District 4 bout on Tuesday, December 10. Jenks will play a Plainsmen team coming off a 54-49 league loss to Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK). The Plainsmen record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Ponca City falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Stillwater (Stillwater, OK) to play the Pioneers in a 6A District 3 bout on Tuesday, December 10. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Stillwater lost 40-27 in their recent non-league bout against Enid (Enid, OK)
