Washington High School Basketball - Lynden Christian nips Lake Stevens
December 7, 2024: Lynden, WA 98264 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball team scored a close 55-48 triumph over the Lake Stevens Vikings.
The Lyncs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Bulldogs go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Mount Vernon nipped Marysville Getchell (Marysville, WA), 49-12, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Archbishop Murphy Wildcats (Everett, WA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 9. Lake Stevens will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 80-59 league win over Shorecrest (Seattle, WA).
