Georgia High School Basketball - Mill Creek nudges Lambert
December 7, 2024: Suwanee, GA 30024 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) and the host Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA), observed Mill Creek's basketball team edge Lambert by a score of 49-47.
The Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Falcons come into the AAAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Dacula edged Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA), 55-19, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Longhorns encounter the North Forsyth Raiders (Cumming, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Lambert will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 72-9 league win over Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA).
