In Saturday's league contest, the host Old Town Coyotes basketball team scored a close 47-40 triumph over the Presque Isle Wildcats.

The Coyotes (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against John Bapst Memorial (Bangor, ME). The Crusaders go into the B North contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, John Bapst Memorial was tipped by Caribou (Caribou, ME), 56-33, in a league contest.
