December 7, 2024: Westbrook, TX 79565 Westbrook Wildcats (Westbrook, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX), 46-17 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Westbrook advances its record to 14-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Merkel (Merkel, TX) to face the Badgers in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Badgers enter the match with a record of 6-7.
The Owls now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forsan for a 2A Region I District 7 match on Tuesday, December 10. Reagan County will face a Buffaloes squad coming off a 47-28 non-league win over Crane (Crane, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 3-3.
