Indiana High School Basketball - Springs Valley bested by White River Valley
December 7, 2024: Switz City, IN 47465 White River Valley Wolverines (Switz City, IN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Springs Valley Blackhawks (French Lick, IN), 61-53 in a non-league match.
With the victory, White River Valley advances its record to 6-2 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Loogootee (Loogootee, IN) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Lions enter the match with a record of 3-4. Loogootee lost 48-34 in their recent non-league match against Evansville Christian (Evansville, IN)
The Blackhawks now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orleans for a Patoka Lake match on Tuesday, December 10. Springs Valley will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 40-34 non-league win over Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-1.
