Michigan High School Basketball - Novi fells Athens
December 7, 2024: Troy, MI 48085 The Novi Wildcats basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Athens Red Hawks to 47 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Stevenson for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Novi will confront a Spartans team coming off a 66-50 non-league loss to Saline (Saline, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Athens falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Red hawks travel to Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Pioneers go into the game with a record of 0-0.
