Ohio High School Basketball - Walsh Jesuit holds off Berea-Midpark
December 8, 2021: Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Walsh Jesuit Warriors (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) and the visiting Berea-Midpark Titans (Berea, OH), saw Walsh Jesuit's basketball squad hold off Berea-Midpark by a tally of 55-49.
With the victory, Walsh Jesuit improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH) to confront the Cougars in a North Coast - Blue challenge on Saturday, December 11. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Lake Catholic won 45-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH)
Next up, the Titans confront the Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) in a Southwestern challenge, on Saturday, December 11. Berea-Midpark will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Shoremen come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 28-25 non-league loss to Rocky River (Rocky River, OH).
