Michigan High School Basketball - Farwell holds off Coleman
December 8, 2021: Coleman, MI 48618 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Farwell Eagles (Farwell, MI) and the host Coleman Comets (Coleman, MI), saw Farwell's basketball squad hold off Coleman by a tally of 32-25.
With the victory, Farwell improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Clare (Clare, MI) to confront the Pioneers in a Jack Pine challenge on Friday, December 10. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Clare lost 38-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI)
Next up, the Comets confront the Breckenridge Huskies (Breckenridge, MI) in a Mid-State challenge, on Friday, December 10. Coleman will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 59-28 non-league loss to Meridian (Sanford, MI).
