North Carolina High School Basketball - Foard can't hold off Bandys
December 8, 2021: Catawba, NC 28609 The Bandys Trojans basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Foard Tigers to 42 in the Trojans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Trojans now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Lincoln for a contest on Friday, December 17. Bandys will battle a Rebels team coming off a 47-35 non-league win over Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 3-4.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders come into the contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, North Iredell edged Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC), 38-34, in a non-league contest.
