December 8, 2022: Iowa, LA 70647 The Iowa Yellowjackets basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Bell City Bruins to 28 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Beauregard for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Iowa will meet a Knights team coming off a 63-45 non-league win over Hackberry (Hackberry, LA). The Knights record now stands at 10-1.
The Bruins (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Hackberry (Hackberry, LA). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Hackberry was crushed by South Beauregard (Longville, LA), 63-45, in a non-league bout.
