Texas High School Basketball - Texline nips Follett

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Texline Tornadoes (Texline, TX) and the host Follett Panthers (Follett, TX), saw Texline's basketball squad hold off Follett by a count of 57-54.

With the victory, Texline upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Wheeler (Wheeler, TX) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.

Next up, the Panthers play the Sunray Bobcats (Sunray, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Follett will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 56-51 non-league win over Highland Park (Amarillo, TX).
