Kentucky High School Basketball - Portland Christian knocked off by Frankfort Christian Academy
December 8, 2022: Frankfort, KY 40601 The Frankfort Christian Academy Royals basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Portland Christian Eagles to 66 in the Royals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Royals now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robertson County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Frankfort Christian Academy will battle a Black Devils team coming off a 71-46 non-league win over St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Black Devils record now stands at 1-3.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Louisville Saints HomeSchool (Louisville, KY). The Saints enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Louisville Saints HomeSchool was defeated by St. Francis (Louisville, KY), 63-60, in a non-league contest.
