Wisconsin High School Basketball - Richland Center fells Highland
December 8, 2022: Highland, WI 53543 Richland Center Hornets (Richland Center, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Highland Cardinals (Highland, WI), 60-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Richland Center upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Hornets host Lancaster (Lancaster, WI) to play the Flying Arrows in a Southwest Wisconsin bout on Friday, December 9. The Flying Arrows go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Lancaster lost 72-61 in their recent non-league bout against Wisconsin Heights (Mazomanie, WI)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Albany Comets (Albany, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 44-38 league loss to Pecatonica (Blanchardville, WI).
