The South San Antonio Bobcats basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Sinton Pirates to 41 in the Bobcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bobcats now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vista Ridge for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. South San Antonio will meet a Rangers team coming off a 75-46 non-league win over La Vernia (La Vernia, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 6-6.

The Pirates (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Uvalde (Uvalde, TX). The Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) enter the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Uvalde was routed by La Vernia (La Vernia, TX), 50-38, in a non-league contest.
