California High School Basketball - Mission Oak knocked off by Merced
December 8, 2022: Tulare, CA 93274 The Merced Bears basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Mission Oak Hawks to 28 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bears now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Merced will meet a Grizzlies team coming off a 36-33 non-league win over Clovis North (Fresno, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-0.
The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Clovis North (Fresno, CA). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Clovis North was outscored by Central (Fresno, CA), 36-33, in a non-league contest.
