Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Octorara Area can't hold off Antietam
December 8, 2022: Reading, PA 19606 The Octorara Area Braves basketball team (Atglen, PA), was nudged 32-30 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Antietam Mountaineers (Reading, PA)
The Mountaineers now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pottsgrove for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Antietam will battle a Falcons team coming off a 55-34 non-league loss to Oley Valley (Oley, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-2.
The Braves (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Annville-Cleona (Annville, PA). The Dutchmen come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 4 battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Annville-Cleona was nudged by Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA), 46-37, in a non-league battle.
