California High School Basketball - Bell Gardens overwhelms South El Monte
December 8, 2022: South El Monte, CA 91733 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Bell Gardens Lancers (Bell Gardens, CA) and the host South El Monte Eagles (South El Monte, CA), saw Bell Gardens's basketball squad wallop South El Monte by a count of 55-18.
With the victory, Bell Gardens upgrades its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA) to play the Heralds in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Heralds come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Whittier Christian won 62-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Glenn (Norwalk, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Rosemead Panthers (Rosemead, CA) in a Mission Valley challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. South El Monte will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
