California High School Basketball - Valley Christian crushes Capistrano Valley

Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA), 59-10 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Valley Christian upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Defenders host Workman (City of Industry, CA) to clash with the Lobos in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Workman lost 51-20 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Mission Viejo Diablos (Mission Viejo, CA) in a Sea View bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Capistrano Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
