In Thursday's non-league outing, the East Rutherford Cavaliers (Forest City, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC), by a margin of 88-33.

The Cavaliers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Chase (Forest City, NC). The Trojans go into the 2A Conference 41 outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Chase was trounced by Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 71-13, in a non-league outing.

The Patriots now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cramerton Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, December 12.
