California High School Basketball - El Diamante crushes Mendota

El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mendota Aztecs (Mendota, CA), 80-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, El Diamante upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Miners travel to Lemoore (Lemoore, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Lemoore won 63-51 in their recent non-league bout against Golden Valley (Merced, CA)

Next up, the Aztecs play the Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Mendota will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 63-51 non-league loss to Lemoore (Lemoore, CA).
