Minnesota High School Basketball - Hill-Murray can't hold off Mounds View
December 8, 2022: Arden Hills, MN 55112 The Mounds View Mustangs basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Hill-Murray Pioneers to 45 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodbury for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Mounds View will battle a Royals team coming off a 65-21 league loss to East Ridge (Woodbury, MN). The Royals record now stands at 0-3.
The Pioneers (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Packers enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, South St. Paul was nudged by Andover (Andover, MN), 55-17, in a non-league contest.
