The St. Bernard's Crusaders (Eureka, CA) basketball knocked off the host Weed Cougars (Weed, CA), 45-36 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Crusaders (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Mt. Shasta went down by Del Norte (Crescent City, CA), 64-11, in a non-league test.
