New Mexico High School Basketball - Taos overwhelms Albuquerque Academy
December 8, 2022: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) and the host Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM), saw Taos's basketball squad wallop Albuquerque Academy by a tally of 38-17.
With the victory, Taos improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Robertson (Las Vegas, NM) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.
Next up, the Chargers play the Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Albuquerque Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 38-26 non-league win over Academy for Technology and The Classics (Santa Fe, NM).
