The Blue River Valley Vikings basketball team scored 33 points and held the host Knightstown Panthers to 21 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Hancock for a contest on Tuesday, January 3.

The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Waldron (Waldron, IN). The Mohawks enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Waldron was defeated by Tri (Straughn, IN), 37-19, in a non-league contest.
