December 8, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90033 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA), saw Franklin's basketball squad hold off Mendez by a tally of 34-27.
With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Tigers in a challenge on Wednesday, December 14. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Lincoln lost 12-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Mendez (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Jaguars play the Roybal Titans (Los Angeles, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Mendez will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 22-17 league loss to Contreras (Los Angeles, CA).
