In Friday's non-league outing, the Lamar Thunder (Lamar, CO) basketball squad felled the host Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK), by a margin of 52-42.

The Thunder (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Garden City (Garden City, KS). The Buffaloes go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Garden City thwarted La Junta (La Junta, CO), 75-49, in a non-league outing.
