Oklahoma High School Basketball - Deer Creek edges Bixby
December 8, 2023: Edmond, OK 73003 The Deer Creek Antlers (Edmond, OK) basketball nipped the visiting Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK), 58-55 in Friday's non-league test.
The Antlers (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Moore (Moore, OK). The Lions go into the 6A District 1 test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Moore got by Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK), 59-43, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Tahlequah for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Bixby will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 59-43 non-league loss to Moore (Moore, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
