The Blake Yellow Jackets basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Sickles Gryphons to 53 in the Yellow Jackets non-league victory on Friday.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jesuit for a 5A District 8 contest on Tuesday, December 12. Blake will battle a Tigers team coming off a 61-49 non-league win over Hillsborough (Tampa, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 7-1.
