Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chartiers-Houston nips Brentwood
December 8, 2023: Pittsburgh, PA 15227 Chartiers-Houston Buccaneers (Houston, PA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Brentwood Spartans (Pittsburgh, PA), 43-38 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Chartiers-Houston upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Burgettstown (Burgettstown, PA) to play the Blue Devils in a WPIAL 2A 4 bout on Friday, December 15. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-0.
Next up, the Spartans play the Albert Gallatin Colonials (Uniontown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Brentwood will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Colonials come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 66-56 non-league win over Ringgold (Monongahela, PA).
