The Hornets now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Kempner for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. Huntsville will battle a Cougars team coming off a 42-41 non-league win over Waller (Waller, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 12-3.
The Tigers (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Porter (Porter, TX). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Porter edged Montgomery (Montgomery, TX), 49-46, in a non-league battle.
