Minnesota High School Basketball - Shakopee overwhelms Duluth East
December 8, 2023: Shakopee, MN 55379 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN) and the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN), saw Shakopee's basketball squad wallop Duluth East by a tally of 78-34.
With the victory, Shakopee improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Sabers travel to Wayzata (Plymouth, MN) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Wayzata won 83-81 in their recent non-league challenge against Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN)
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Elk River Elks (Elk River, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Duluth East will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Elks come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to Rosemount (Rosemount, MN).
