In Friday's non-league outing, the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) basketball squad nipped the visiting South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA), by a margin of 56-50.

The Grizzlies (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Sage Ridge (Reno, NV). The Scorpions go into the non-league outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Sage Ridge was tipped by Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 76-39, in a non-league outing.
