Kansas High School Basketball - Meade knocked off by Holcomb
December 8, 2023: Holcomb, KS 67851 The Holcomb Longhorns basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Meade Buffaloes to 34 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Friday.
The Longhorns now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberal for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Holcomb will meet a Redskins team coming off a 73-60 non-league win over Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS). The Redskins record now stands at 3-0.
The Buffaloes (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Southwestern Heights (Kismet, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Southwestern Heights was outscored by Liberal (Liberal, KS), 73-60, in a non-league contest.
