Oregon High School Basketball - Santiam Christian ripped by Junction City
December 8, 2023: Junction City, OR 97448 The Junction City Tigers basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Santiam Christian Eagles to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newport for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Junction City will meet a Cubs team coming off a 65-39 non-league win over Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR). The Cubs record now stands at 2-1.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Klamath Union (Klamath Falls, OR). The Pelicans enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Klamath Union was routed by Newport (Newport, OR), 65-39, in a non-league contest.
