Texas High School Basketball - West Fork trounces Legacy Christian Academy
December 8, 2023: Beaumont, TX 77713 The West Fork Gators (Kingwood, TX) basketball crushed the host Legacy Christian Academy Warriors (Beaumont, TX), 54-25 in Friday's non-league test.
The Gators (2-10) will now prepare for their test against Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX). The Hawks go into the 4A Region III District 20 test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Hardin-Jefferson walloped Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX), 79-52, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Buna for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Legacy Christian Academy will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 56-48 non-league win over West Fork (Kingwood, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 9-6.
