Texas High School Basketball - London trounces Roma
December 8, 2023: Roma, TX 78584 The London Pirates (Corpus Christi, TX) basketball crushed the host Roma Gladiators (Roma, TX), 63-33 in Friday's league test.
The Pirates (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Kaufer (Riviera, TX). The Seahawks go into the 2A Region IV District 32 test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Kaufer was trounced by Alice (Alice, TX), 69-33, in a non-league test.
The Gladiators now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Ben Bolt for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Roma will encounter a Badgers squad coming off a 66-32 non-league loss to Ingleside (Ingleside, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 8-3.
