Arp Tigers (Arp, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Groveton Indians (Groveton, TX), 49-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Arp upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Chapel Hill won 36-17 in their recent non-league bout against Groveton (Groveton, TX)
