Texas High School Basketball - Benjamin overwhelms Post
December 8, 2023: Post, TX 79356 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Benjamin Mustangs (Benjamin, TX) and the host Post Antelopes (Post, TX), saw Benjamin's basketball squad wallop Post by a tally of 50-22.
With the victory, Benjamin improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Chillicothe (Chillicothe, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 1A Region II District 16 challenge on Friday, December 15. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Antelopes confront the Guthrie Jaguars (Guthrie, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Post will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 35-14 non-league loss to Eden (Eden, TX).
