Nebraska High School Basketball - Cedar Bluffs ripped by Shelby-Rising City

December 8, 2023: Cedar Bluffs, NE 68015

The Shelby-Rising City Huskies basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Cedar Bluffs Wildcats to 18 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandy Creek for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Shelby-Rising City will battle a Cougars team coming off a 45-19 non-league loss to Centennial (Utica, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 0-3.

The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lyons-Decatur Northeast (Lyons, NE). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Lyons-Decatur Northeast triumphed over Walthill (Walthill, NE), 49-47, in a league contest.
