December 8, 2023: Haskell, OK 74436 Jay Bulldogs (Jay, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Haskell Haymakers (Haskell, OK), 35-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Jay upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Berryhill (Tulsa, OK) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Chiefs come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Berryhill won 38-35 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty (Mounds, OK)
Next up, the Haymakers play the Liberty Tigers (Mounds, OK) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Haskell will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 38-35 non-league loss to Berryhill (Tulsa, OK).
