Texas High School Basketball - Klondike crushes Ira
December 8, 2023: Ira, TX 79527 Klondike Cougars (Lamesa, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ira Bulldogs (Ira, TX), 54-27 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Klondike upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Valley (Turkey, TX) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 15-2.
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Munday Moguls (Munday, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Ira will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Moguls go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 19-18 non-league win over Guthrie (Guthrie, TX).
