The Lane Tech Lane Tech (Chicago, IL) basketball knocked off the host Taft Eagles (Chicago, IL), 41-32 in Friday's league test.

The Lane Tech (7-2) will now prepare for their test against New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Trevians go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, New Trier notched a victory over Deerfield (Deerfield, IL), 52-19, in a league test.

The Eagles now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Westinghouse for a Chicago Public - Red North/West test on Thursday, December 14.
