The Legacy Lightning basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Platte Valley Broncos to 34 in the Lightning non-league victory on Friday.

The Lightning now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thompson Valley for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Legacy will battle a Eagles team coming off a 48-39 non-league win over Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

The Broncos (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lutheran (Parker, CO). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Lutheran was routed by Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO), 48-39, in a non-league contest.
