California High School Basketball - Pyramid Lake overwhelms Mammoth

December 8, 2023: Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pyramid Lake Lakers (Nixon, NV) and the host Mammoth Huskies (Mammoth Lakes, CA), saw Pyramid Lake's basketball squad wallop Mammoth by a tally of 72-18.

With the victory, Pyramid Lake improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Owyhee (Owyhee, NV) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Owyhee won 40-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Mammoth (Mammoth Lakes, CA)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Carlin Railroaders (Carlin, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Mammoth will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Railroaders come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 56-16 non-league loss to Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV).
