The Milton Hershey Spartans basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Shippensburg Greyhounds to 49 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host J.P. McCaskey for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Milton Hershey will meet a Red Tornado team coming off a 43-30 non-league win over Red Land (Lewisberry, PA). The Red Tornado record now stands at 2-0.

The Greyhounds (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA). The Blue Devils enter the Mid-Penn - Colonial contest with a 3-0 record.
