The Banks Academy Jets basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting North River Christian Chargers to 14 in the Jets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Jets now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bessemer Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, December 11. Banks Academy will meet a Rebels team coming off a 46-26 non-league win over Coosa Valley Academy (Harpersville, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 7-0.

The Chargers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Restoration Academy (Fairfield, AL). The enter the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Restoration Academy triumphed over East Central HomeSchool (Pinson, AL), 30-22, in a non-league contest.
