The Largo Packers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Gibbs Gladiators to 35 in the Packers non-league victory on Friday.

The Packers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tarpon Springs for a contest on Monday, December 11. Largo will battle a Spongers team coming off a 50-46 non-league loss to Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL). The Spongers record now stands at 1-2.

The Gladiators (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Clearwater (Clearwater, FL). The Tornadoes come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
