California High School Soccer - North knocks off Boron
December 8, 2023: Bakersfield, CA 93308 North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting Boron Bobcats (Boron, CA), 16-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Stars confront the Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. North will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Wonderful College Prep Academy (Lost Hills, CA).
The Bobcats now possess a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rosamond for a High Desert challenge on Monday, December 11. Boron will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 4-2 league loss to Bishop Union (Bishop, CA). The Roadrunners record now stands at 1-5.
